Either a ‘One.Five Revive’ session or ‘Four to Explore’ during an outdoor activity
Physical movement can enable us to relax, focus and be more creative. The benefits of nature are endless for our mental and physical health - by combing physical movement, nature and coaching, the sky is the limit- who knows what you will achieve
This session is for you if:
You live in the Shropshire/mid Wales border area
You want to enjoy a coaching session in the great outdoors, getting your daily dose of adventure at the same time as working towards your goals
You don’t like the idea of Zoom and want to take the pressure off by walking side by side
You are ready to learn about how coaching can provide you with clarity, perspective and motivation to achieve
You want to feel more confident, whether that is in the outdoors or in daily life- its time to make a change
You want to develop an adventurous mindset and learn how to live more outdoors
What to expect?
Sessions will likely be on a Friday, Monday or at a weekend due to other current work commitments. Can be flexible if booked in advance.
Time out in the great outdoors to explore your thoughts and gain clarity, whilst moving your body
What is the investment?
One.Five Revive- £90 one time payment for one 1:1 session
Four to Explore- £220 one time payment for four 1:1 sessions
